Westholt Rising is a digital strategy game in development. This page explains the website, the game and the images shown. It is informational and is not a complete user agreement, privacy policy or set of purchase terms.
2. Development stage and imagery
Text, illustrations, concept art and examples show the current direction of the project. Game elements such as the army, battles, buildings, features, availability and release dates may change or be removed during development. Concept art is not a promise that the final game will look or work exactly as shown. We aim to keep the website clear and up to date and correct known errors where possible.
3. Use and availability
The website and, once released, the game may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We may change features to improve the game or keep it safe. Where a change affects purchased digital content or services, applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
4. Progress and digital items
Game progress and virtual resources, currency or items are intended for use within the game. They do not represent real money and cannot be redeemed outside the game unless we explicitly say otherwise. We will explain how data is stored, restored or deleted before release. Do not assume that progress can be transferred between devices or will remain available indefinitely until those features are confirmed.
5. Purchases and minors
If in-app purchases are offered, we will show the price and what you receive before purchase. Purchases through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms. This disclaimer does not limit statutory rights concerning functioning digital content, remedies, refunds or other applicable consumer protections. The Westholt Rising name, game content, text, images and design on this website are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. We take care in providing information and developing the game. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by inaccuracies on this informational website or temporary interruptions we could not reasonably prevent.
